How do we deliver?

We deliver across the full EPC lifecycle:

• Consultancy and feasibility — Strategic water planning, infrastructure optimisation and network design, NRW (non-revenue water) reduction strategies, pumping system efficiency audits, environmental and regulatory compliance advisory
• Project design — Technological, electrical, control-measuring devices and automation design for water supply, sewage and treatment facilities
• Equipment procurement and delivery — Selection and supply of technological equipment from established international manufacturers — screens, classifiers, pumps, blowers, aeration systems, dosing equipment, dewatering units, UV disinfection, laboratory equipment, valves and actuators
• Civil works and construction — Infrastructure construction, civil works and piping, internal redevelopment and rehabilitation of existing facilities
• Mechanical and electrical installation — Installation of technological equipment, pipelines, pumps and fittings, electrical panels and control systems
• SCADA and automation — Design, programming and implementation of SCADA systems for automatic control and management of treatment processes
• Commissioning and start-up — System testing, process optimisation, commissioning and handover to the client

What do we deliver?

• Wastewater treatment plants (WWTP): Turn-key delivery of municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants, including mechanical treatment, flocculation and flotation, anaerobic and aerobic biological purification, sludge dewatering and thickening, biogas systems including gasholders, CHP and digester equipment, and UV disinfection. Plants delivered for capacities ranging from industrial dairy production facilities to municipal plants serving 95,000+ population equivalent.
• Drinking water treatment plants (DWTP): Delivery, installation and reconstruction of drinking water treatment facilities, including gravity sand filtration systems, penstocks with electric actuators, dosing equipment, filtering speed regulators, and high-tech laboratory equipment. Projects include both new plant delivery and reconstruction of existing facilities with capacities up to 1,000 l/s.
• Pumping stations: Complete reconstruction and modernisation of water supply and sewage pumping stations — design of all project parts (water supply, sewage, technological, electrical, automation), civil works and piping, delivery and installation of submersible pumps, screw screens, penstocks, automated and control valves, electrical control panels with automation and SCADA connectivity. Delivered for both municipal utilities and private operators.
• Water distribution and pipelines: Delivery and installation of equipment for main water pipelines and distribution networks, including actuated valves up to DN 1000, air valves, gate valves, check valves, and pipeline infrastructure. Excavation works and pipe installation for water supply and sewage networks.
• Dams and hydrotechnical facilities: Supply of hydrotechnical equipment for dam infrastructure, including gate valves, butterfly valves with handwheel, and motorised bottom outlet hollow cone valves. Equipment delivered to meet specific dam safety and hydraulic control requirements.
• Landfill leachate treatment: Turn-key delivery of containerised leachate treatment plants using reverse osmosis and MBR technology, complete with gas flare systems, mechanical and electrical installation, commissioning and staff training.
