The European Commission adopted a package of proposals to align EU climate, energy, land use, transport and tax policies towards the reduction of net greenhouse gas emissions by at least 55% by 2030.

These emissions reductions over the next decade are crucial part of the project to make Europe the first climate-neutral continent by 2050.

Technologies for water purification, waste recycling and carbon footprint reduction will be the central mission for the European industry.

We also do our best to contribute to this transition. Recently ProStream Group completed a project for the supply and installation of an ultrasonic flow meter for pressure-less flow, powered entirely by solar energy!

The site is part of a renovated drinking water treatment plants (DWTP) and was put into operation last year. The stationary non-pressure flow meter is installed complete with transmitter, non-contact speed sensor and external ultrasonic level sensor, displaying the information on the control panel.

Here at Prostream Group we strive to implement innovative technologies on a daily basis, following the main European policies to reduce our carbon footprint.

We believe that by thinking creatively and going beyond the “standard” application of technological equipment, we can build reliable solutions that contribute to the goals of the European Green Pact.
