Pipe repair clamps
Pipe repair clamps are used for the permanent repair of broken and damaged pipes, providing a fast, economical means for repairing full circumferential breaks, holes, cracks and other types of damage on cast iron, ductile iron, steel, PVC, PE, asbestos cement and other types of pipe. The clamps are manufactured in diameters from DN 50 to DN 1200 in a choice of clamp lengths from corrosion resistant stainless steel type 304. The clamp consist of a flexible stainless steel band fully lined on the inside face with a rubber gasket.
Single clamp
The single clamp is one band full circumferential clamp suitable for the repair of damaged pipes. The range of clamps starts at 60mm up to 300mm. Available in the lengths 200, 250, 300 and 400mm. Clamp length depends on diameter and pressure. Recommended pressure ratings are 16 bar for pipe range from 60mm to 160mm and 10 bar for pipe range from 170mm to 300mm.
Double clamp
The double clamp consists two parts and its range starts at 88mm up to 605mm. Double clamp is suitable for a working pressure of 16 bar for sizes up to DN 300 and 10 bar for sizes from DN 350 to DN 500. Available in the lengths 200, 300 and 400mm
Triple clamp
The triple clamp consists three parts and its range starts at 270mm up to 800 mm. Triple clamps is suitable for a working pressure of 16 bar for sizes up to DN 400 and 10 bar for sizes from DN 450 up to DN 600 and 6 bar up to DN 800. Available in the lengths 200, 300 and 400mm
Larger pipes can be repaired by four or five band, repair clamps which are available on request.
The minimum length of clamps is a length of a hole or fractures plus a minimum of 75mm each side. For plastic pipes materials add 50% more clamp length.
